help with ema of rsi

I'm completly incompetent when it comes to programming, so I'd be grateful if someone could either direct me to an ema of rsi that I could adjust to the values I want, or send me one that I can use. I'm looking for a five period rsi with a thirteen period ema of that 5 period rsi.

I have something in my esignal library like it, but I don't know how to change the values.
