Bollinger Band

Hi,
The formula I am looking for is very simple, regarding the software, I need to write it, here is what I need:

When The value of the Upper Bolliger Band minus the value of the lower Bollinger Band < or = an certain value, a sound is generated

example: 1.2772 (Upper Bollinger band) - 1.2760 (lower Bollinger Band) < or = 13 --> alert with a sound

The attached efs will play a sound every time the Upper BB-LowerBB is less or equal to a defined value.
All parameters for the indicator and the threshold value can be modified in Edit Studies

This is an old thread - so I hope it gets seen!
I'm wanting to do something similar in that I want an alert to pop up when price on any one of a basket of stocks is either 10 cents above the lower BB and/or 10 cents below the Upper BB.
My BB settings are...
Length: 20 periods
Standard Deviation: 3 (note: NOT the usual 2!)
Source: (H+L+C)/3
To be applied to a 60 minute chart.
Is this doable? I know nothing about all this techie stuff, so I might be asking the impossible! Thanks for your help.
