Is it possible to convert a tradestation script to an Esignal efs?

(color coded histogram/color coded neutral line) showing when Keltner channels are inside/outside BB's

Yes it is possible. You may want to post the TS code and see if someone is willing to help. If no one is available or if the code is proprietary and you do not wish to post it on the board then you may have to contact one of the eSignal Development Partners (for a list of contacts see the bottom of this page
