Indictor crosses 50 level, how to write to file ?

I have the write to file code in the efs, but I do not know how to action the event..

I have identified a line by //help here please.

Attached version uses a state variable to control the log file writing and I modified the log code slightly as well.

Works great, I developed a Visual Basic common dialog box and now I get all the alerts when indicator is changing color...
