Narrow range day

complete newbie to efs mumbo jumbo. Would like to highlight bars that have the smallest range (height of bar ) of the previous x no of bars (including current one.) Common setting is 4 or 7. google search for "narrow range days or NR4 might give an idea of what would be helpful.

i failed most of my school maths so am unable to provide formulae. Cheers Lech UK
