Was looking in efs library for basic pivot marking indicator. One like the one in advanced get. It puts a mark on top of highest or lowest pivot . And may be one you could adjust the parameters like the candle highest with 3 lowest on each side.Is there one out there?

If you run a Search in the forums (or in FileShare) for this type of efs you may want to try using the word "pattern" (for example) rather than "pivot" as people usually associate the latter with "floor traders pivots". Anyhow there should be various pattern based efs(s) that have been posted over time.
Irrespective you may want to try using the Formula Wizard which makes creating scripts such as these a relatively easy task. The attached efs for example was created using the Formula Wizard and identifies a high pivot surrounded by 3 lower bars on either side
