Volume with MA

Does anyone have an efs that will plot volume as a histogram (green for price up, red for price down preferred) with a 50 day moving average overlay?

I've been trying to combine a few efs to make such an animal, but my limited scripting skills are shining through. I keep getting 2 lines, 2 histograms, no lines, error, error, etc., etc.

I really need to stop screwing with it and focus on my trading.

I upgraded to the latest version to try out the FormulaWizard.

I've got 90% of the efs done now. If I can just figure out how to color-code the volume bars..

That FormulaWizard is a savior to newbies.

The Volume study has already built in the option to paint the histogram
based on Price or Volume.
Go to Edit Studies and select Volume and you should see all the settings.

Then right click on the Advanced Chart and select Formulas-> Library ->
VolumeMA.efs

Lastly go to the following link where you will find the instructions on how
to Merge (ie overlay) two studies

That would've been the easier way.

I was able to get the indicator (except for the color-coding) once I got my hands on the Formula Wizard.

Alex your pictures are great, but there is no text on how to combine the two indicators into one pane. How do you do that?

There should be a line of text on top of each image.
