Slow Stochastic w/ Variable Inputs on Adv Charting

I am in need of a Slow Stochastic Indicator on an Advanced Chart w/ Variable Input capability. Inputs needed: Period, Slow %K, Slow %D, Hi Base, and Lo Base. I have this available on other charting platforms but need it on my eSignal Advanced Charts. Can anyone assist?
