Color of Moving Average

Is there a way to create a efs formula that changes the color of the moving average? For example, I am looking for a 20 period moving average that changes color to indicate the slope of the moving average. If it is sloping upwards the ma line should be green, and if the ma is sloping downwards the ma line should be red.
