Unable to load XML document

Dear All,
When I try to test an own EFS, what I made, the tester sends to me an error message, it says: unable to load XML document into the parser. What is the problem? Can anybody help me?

Perhaps the problem has been found

Probably the problem was with the name of directory and name of file what were included incorrect caracters.
