BUY and SELL signals posted on charts

I need help or lead to the right direction on the following request:

I look at the S&P 500 Index and use the 3 min and 10 min esignal charts

I need help on editing the e siganl chart so that i can plot a BUY signal with a blue arrow pointing UP and a SELL siganl with a red arrow poiting down on the actual e siganl once the scenario i am looking meets a certain criteria.

Can any one help me with this request?
