  • Locking a study

Hi. I have developed some studies that I want to send to friend for him to look at. BUT I want to lock the code from him, as I want him to evaluate the outcome, not the study.

Can anyone tell me how to do this please? I may be stupid (English and not American is my language!!!) but I can't see this anywhere.

All help most gratfully received, and apologies if this is an idiotically simple question.

    marksear,

    Great question!

To Encrypt your formula, click on Tools - Encrypt/Decrypt...

Then select the script you wish to encrypt with a password, and click on Encrypt.

Then type in a password, and again to verify. If you like you can also include your email address, but that is optional. Then click OK.

After it is done encrypting, click Close, and the file can now only be opened with a password.

If you have any questions, please let me know.
    Regards,
