near 52 week high? Color the bars green

I'm trying to write a formula that will turn the bars green on a 30-minute chart if the stock is trading within 3% of its 52-week high. I'm a relative newbie with scripting, so any help here would be appreciated. A friend has suggested using an Excel spreadsheet to retrieve the 52-week high, but since I'm not familiar with DDE Output commands and the like, I'm hoping there is a simpler way. Any suggestions?

I already searched the EFS Library here on Esignal looking for commands related to "52-week-high", but had no luck. I also searched the bulletin boards, hoping another user had written a similar EFS script, but no luck there either.
