were can i dwnload an indicator called "swing dots"?

I saw a chart under file sharing but I did not see any dwnload for it.

Are you referring to the Universal Swing Tool? If so, this is part of the Jan Arps Crown Jewels Tool Kit. I did some searching for "Swing Dots" and didn't come across anything by that file name. If you can expand a bit, it will help isolate what you are looking for. Thanks.
