custome study for 3rd party software

Is it possible to create studies with 3rd party software, whom formulas have been "encoded" as functions?

I think you meant encrypted. Anyway, it is possible, but it's entirely up to the 3rd Party in question to disclose the function names and parameters the functions require, if any. As well as the return values from the studies or functions. In EFS, we do have the functions, call() and callFunction(), which allow you to call other studies, or specific functions within, from a custom study. Again, you would need to contact the 3rd Party in question to get permission and related details.
