how to add arrow above bar

I looking for a efs study that puts an arrow above the bar when a ma crosses above the rsi line and one below when it crosses below . Would i add it on to exsisting study below or is it considered a price study it would be new efs . . If you read this ALEX could you suggest to your company to do a bunch of illustration like on

I came across this today and i learnt alot from it . If it kills me i am going to learn the efs script stuff.

FYI I do not work for eSignal.
As to guides on EFS such as the one you mention there are a number of very detailed guides already available in the eSignal KnowledgeBase under EFS KnowledgeBase->Help Guides. Amongst these there is one specifically dedicated to the Formula Wizard (that also covers Studies on Studies) and a recently added one all on graphics through EFS.
