Volume Increase Alert

I'm looking for an efs study which signals an "x" percent volume increase, either up or down, on the current bar (the most recently completed bar). I've checked the existing volume studies and none seem to apply. I would like to combine this with another alert study I currently use.

Does anyone know of an existing study which is close enough so it can be recoded? If not, any ideas? I'm very new to this so I could really use some help. Thanks.
