Why there isn't the possibility to display two or more decimals in percent change %?

If I trade the currency market, there is a big difference between 0.2% or 0.28%!

It is so difficult to add this type of improvement/function?...and why it is not available in the new release....

We are constantly looking to improve upon the eSignal. eSignal 7.8 was designed to address many of the heavily requested features and hopefully resolve some of the bugs that had been reported. Our current release schedule has been aggressive and pushing towards implementing new features.
