FVE_Katsanos wedded to Jurik MA

I wanted to try out the FVE_Katsanos (finite volume elements) indicator smoothed by the Jurik MA. I have spent quite a few hours on previous .efs attempts with not much to show. :-(

If anyone could script this experiment up I would be most appreciated. Adjustable length via edit studies would be icing on the cake!
