Daily Open on Intraday hart

Is there any way to set the default today's open EFS in the OHLC to a 9:30 est open? It seems to be set for 12:01 am est.

It actually only begins plotting at 12:01 for the current day but the value is that of the true Open of the session (you can cross check it against the daily bar from which the value is taken). In the case of ES that would be the Open at 16:30 EST of the prior day (in this case 1201.75).
For some securities eSignal provides also a "pit session only" symbol such as for example ES H5=2. In this case the Open will be the first print at 9:30 EST
