Equivolume and Force Index Studies

I'm a user of e-signal 7.8 and would like to add two studies: Equivolume and Force Index. Anyone knows where I can find the formulas and how I can incorporated these studies into esignal 7.8. Thanks in advance for any suggestions, solutions. FYR
