Alert before breaching Prev H or L

Does any one have and EFS study that would alert me when for e.g. whe the current tick is 10 ticks below the previous days high.

Run a search for nearhigh and you should find an efs written by Steve Hare that does that (or something very similar and that you can adapt to your needs)
