Retrieving Past Data - Advanced Charts

Can anyone tell me how to retrieve more than the most recent couple of days worth of data on an advanced chart?? Whenever I move my intraday charts back I can only go a few days before the chart stops updating.

That is because the Time Template that is applied to that chart is set to Dynamic. Set it to load the number of days you require (up to a maximum of 120 days of intraday data).

Thanks Alex. It worked fine but apparently the limit is only 10days if you are using Tick charts.

Do you know if the new EFS version will still have this limitation??

The limitation does not have anything to do with EFS but is due to the fact that eSignal provides only 10 days of tick data
