Customize toolbars in 7.9/

In June of 2004 DuaneG mentioned in a thread entitled "Customizing Toolbars" that in an upcoming version of Esiganl toolbars may be customizable. For example removing infrequently used buttons from the Advanced Chart Toolbar or Line Toolbar. Did this feature make it into 7.9?

This feature is planned for the 8.0 release (no date set). 8.0 will be a UI overhaul release, where we hope to address many of the long standing usability issues with the UI.
