Tick Daily Extremes Lag

Using the tickextremesdaily.efs file for 1 minute intraday chart.
For some reason, the tick display is exactly 7 minutes lagging the actually $tick symbol, which I opened in another chart....

As fare as I can see it appears to be working fine. In the snapshot you can see the plot of the efs compared to the Close of $TICK in the price window
