Stochastics on NYSE Tick

I have been trying to do a search of the Stochastics of Tick indicator based on the current article on eSignal Central by Greg Weitzman, but have had no luck. He mentioned in the article it could be found here, but I can't seem to find it in my searches. Can you point me in the correct direction so I can try out this indicator in my trading. Thanks for any help...............
