  • MA's from different timeframes on a single chart

    Hello

I'd like to plot the Moving Averages from various timeframes (5, 15, 60, etc) on a 1 minute chart. (For the DAX futures for example).

Could somebody help me out on this one?

    Thanks a lot.

    Cheers

The customMA.efs that is in the EFS2 Custom folder is already enabled to do that.

        Hi Alexis

I'm thrilled that EFS2 is now available. I've played around with the customMA.efs function but I still have a couple of questions about it:

-In the formula parameters, there's only one "Value" column. I'd like however to include more than just one additional MA on my 1 minute chart, how can I do that? In fact, I'd like to have the 10 & 20 MA's of the 5, 15 & 60 minute timeframes all on my 1 minute chart window.

-What is the "Default" column for?

-I don't want to have the study title to appear in the chart window, however when I uncheck the "Title" function in the Study Properties window, it still appears on the chart. How can I remove it?

        Thanks a lot.

        Cheers

Load another copy of the same efs in the chart and set it to a different length (or interval if using multiple intervals)

What is the "Default" column for?

That just shows you the default values if any.

The setting you mention is only to display/hide the parameters not the title. To remove the title you will need to select the Properties of the chart and uncheck Draw Study Titles. Note however that this setting affects all the studies in that chart.
