Get alert , if trendline is touched or brokern?

Hi,
is it possible to get an alert, if a trendline, that is drawn manually in a chart, is touched or broken?

Alerts on line tools are not available at this time.
However Steve Hare (user name stevehare2003) has programmed an efs that will do that. Run a search for his user name and keywords alarm AND trend and you should find it
