What is the order live time ?

If i place order using Broker function (eSignal Generic Broker) on a bar, then on next bar Im not fill, should i replace the same order for next bar or ?

Yes...

When you refer to "Generic Broker" are you speaking of the "Strategy functions"??

If so, then yes... if you place an order on THISBAR and it is not filled, you will have to replace/retest for the order on the next bar (if it is still valid).

Hi,

No, not the strategy function for back testing, but your answer is still interescent.
I want to know the Order live using eSignal Generic Broker function [ buyStop(), buyLimit(), sellStop(), sellLimit()... ].
If putting some buy/sell on a bar AND NO ONE IS FILLED, is those order stay alive on the next and next bar ?
Or should i replace order on each next bar (of course if condition still true) ?

Hello eherbelot,

You will not need to replace the order on every bar with the Generic Broker functions.
