popup window

I've done a bit of searching but can't seem to find this anywhere so not sure if this functionality exists.

Can I pop-up a window (using a button on a chart for example) and then write some information text to it?

So, while I have an EFS loaded that gives me information I also want to be able to pop-up a window and the EFS will give me more detailed info in that window.

Possible Solution..

Chris Cryza used to have a plug-in that presented a pop-up window in EFS. I don't know the full capabilities of this utility, but that is the closest thing I can think of to what you are asking.

The EFS Prompts/Messages Toolkit is available from Chris' site if anybody else is interested:

It is implemented as a DLL and includes a sample script that shows how to set up and call the functions. You can use it to ask yes/no questions, display error dialogs or display informational dialogs.
