bid ask efs probs

Over the last few weeks/months I've downloaded the BidAsk Analysis/Ratio/Volume/Size efs's, and they have worked perfectly.

Recently, I have tried to use them again but none of them will work. I deleted them and downloaded again but with no luck. I only get a blank, empty window

All the other 'price' efs's are working fine, so it must be something concerning the bid ask data.

I do have Market Depth and Time&Sales working without any problems.

Can anyone suggest a remedy....

(I'm using v7.8, and my charts are 1 or 5 minute, Nasdaq stocks)

I've tested these formulas on 7.8 and 7.9. I'm not seeing any problems currently. Are you still experiencing a problem with these?

I've just tried them again and I'm still having the same problem. My L2 and T&S are running perfectly... I can't understand it.

Hello ragic,

Check your EFS Settings under Tools-->Settings and make sure that your option for making all formulas compute on close is not checked. This option would stop the bid/ask formulas from executing as they need tick-by-tick data.
