to have the values compute off the 90 min do I change the "D" value to a "90", would also like to know if this efs can be setup to compute off of 2 intervals like the Day & 90 min then being view off a smaller time frame

You can do that if you want 90 to be the default. Otherwise you can just type 90 in the Interval box in Edit Studies.
If you want to show two thermometers you will need to add a second set of drawLineRelative with different coordinates so that it will draw in a different location. You will also need to add some Function Parameters for the second interval
