  • How to make pivots calcluation with NY close time

    Hi,

I have the pivot EFS files writen by eSignal. The problem is that due to my time zone is on PST, the Daily H, L, and C are from my midnight reference point. I would like to use a NY close-NY close at 2pm PST and 5pm EST as the day calculation for the pivot. I see the function is called vRawtime=getDay (). There is anyway to modify it to make it refer to what I want instead of my PC clock time? Thanks.

    Hello shaster,

The pivots are based on the daily chart interval, so it shouldn't matter what time zone you are in. I'm not sure what you are seeing that is based on your midnight reference point. Post some chart images and the specific formulas you are using to try and better illustrate the issue you're having.
