DrawShape

When using the new DrawShape in EFS2 a moving average is plotted in what appears to be (O+H/2) for setting the AboveBar and BelowBar locations for the shape. (assuming)

Is this supposed to appear or did I miss this in all the documentation?

Hello FibbGann,

The location constants used with drawShape() are based on an algorithm that takes into account the price level and interval being used by the chart. I'm not sure what the exact algorithm is but I'm pretty sure it's not based on a moving average. The location constants simply draw the shape at a fixed distance above or below the bar. There are 4 positions for each that will appear in the relative locations below.

I was just speculating.

I was wondering why there is a line connecting the candlesticks that looks like a MA? The line shows on the charts with out calling it.

From your chart image, it looks like you are running with setComputeOnClose() and also returning close(0) from the study in addition to using drawShape() calls.
