alert set for moving averages crossing?

Could someone please write a code to tell me when the 10 period simple moving average crosses with the 4 period 3 offset moving average. It would be great if the software would alert me when the cross happens. Could you please write this to be set for the 4 hr chart.

I've just quickly made this Formula Study up for you - you can check it / change it - to make it as you want - and simply apply it to a 4 hour chart.
