Pivot Point Formula

I am trying to initiate PivotPoint.efs. The eSignal manual shows a figure of the pivot point as a line on an advanced intraday chart. It seems an easy enough task. However, I cannot get a line for the pivot point. I have customized the colors for my advanced charts, but when I revert back to default I still am unable to get the pivot point line.

I'd appreciate any advice.

I first tried to resolve this issue with a live rep. I was running 7.1. He advised downloading 7.2, which I've done. There has been no difference however.
