where can I go to download getPrevOHLC.efs, it is required by some of the getDayHi and getDayLo functions.

There should be a copy of that utility efs in the OHLC folder of Formulas. If not you can find a copy here

Adding to my prior reply. You may want to consider using the EFS2 functions (for example high(inv("D")) would return the High of the day) which would do away with the need of using any of those utility efs(s).
