I want to have an EFS that uses the value of daily Bollinger Bands, but I want to use them on and intraday chart and compare the Bollinger Band values to the low/high of one minute bars.

Use the customBB.efs that is in the EFS2 Custom folder which is preset for use with multiple intervals. When you load the efs in the chart a dialog box will appear at which point type D in the Interval box. The Bollinger Bands will then be computed using Daily data regardless of the chart interval.
