Creating a Simple Formula in EFS

I am trying to create a simple formula in EFS. Could someone please steer me in the right direction? It would allow me to scan the market for stocks that have made a higher high than the previous day but closes below the previous days' close. Thanks

EFS's cannot scan the markets for the scenario you described.
Actually efs's cannot scan the market at all. Here is the efs that plots a diamond above the daily candle that meets the requirements you described.
