If you are referring to the issue described in this thread that does not apply to EFS.
You can use an EFS to trigger an alert at a user defined price. See this thread for an example of how to accomplish this

Trggered Alerts on User Defined Spreads

I have created a number of user defined spreads and I am charting these in Advanced Charts. I want to be alerted when a condition has been met eg rsi > 70. How do I best do this?

This type of study can easily be developed using the Formula Wizard. See the Formula Wizard Guide in the EFS KnowledgeBase for instructions and examples on on how to use the tool.
