Hi,

I installed an indicator my broker gave me and i see it fine under formulas, but when i put it in the chart it give me a message: Sorry, you are not authorized to use this software.
What do i need to do? I talked to my borker and he said i done evrything i suposed. To contact you.
Please help in solving this issue.

This type of message indicates that the study is a subscription based study that you do not have the entitlements for on your account. What is the file name of the EFS?
