alert.playSound acting funny

I'm using a simple formula to trigger a sound alert. The alert works correctly but, instead of playing the sound as programmed (a .wav file), it causes the beeper on the motherboard to go off.

Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong. I've attached to EFS file if anyone wants to take a gander.
