  • tried using new amstudies - now getting corrupted file message

    Hi,

downloaded amstudies into Functionlibrary, in order to try out new amTRIX.efs - now get message:-

Runtime.efslib is missing or corrupted, please re-install this file

    Any ideas.

I had a backup of amstudies and replaced it to carry on using eSignal.

Is there a problem with the amstudies file provided today.

    Paul Murray.

I just downloaded a copy of the amStudies.efsLib function library and ran it without any problems.
What version of eSignal are you using (including build)?

        Hello pmurraymc,

The runtime file you're getting the error on is not related to Alex's library file. It's a file the eSignal application needs. Try reinstalling eSignal and then try the EFS again.

To add to Jason's reply I have now downloaded the amStudies.efsLib to two other computers and in both cases the amTRIX study is working fine without returning any errors.

Thanks Alex and Jason, re-installed eSignal and amtrix works fine.

            Cheers.
