8.0 setPriceBarColor()

To demonstrate 8.0 setPriceBarColor() bug:

1) download and copy attached example3.efs study to a formula folder.

2) create an advanced chart and add the example3.efs study to the chart. All bars should immediately turn blue.

3) close eSignal, saving all layouts and charts.

4) start esignal, and the blue bars are gone replaced by the default colors.

5) resize the chart window by draging the right chart border and the bars turn blue.

setPriceBarColor() needs to be used in conjunction with setColorPriceBars() and setDefaultPriceBarColor() to activate the price bar coloring.
