Coulc any1 write me an EFS to play wav when new brick will be reversed than brick before. Dunno if understand what i mean

Just if there is/are some white (uptrend) bricks and then black appears i need EFS to play wav, and when there is/are black bricks (downtrend) and then appears white brick i need EFS to play wav.
