keltner channels

How do i create keltner channels based on an Average True Range (ATR) function centered around a moving average.

I would like to use a value of 2.5 ATRs added to and subtracted from a 20-period exponential moving average to create my bands.


secondly, I am in the midst on transferring to a new pc. how do i move all my default settings and formulas, efs etc over to the new pc?
