  • Runaway numbers

Please take a look at the length of the numbers on the right-hand side of the attached graphic. That length forces a significantly larger right-hand margin onto the chart than otherwise would be the case.

Is there anyway to control this? Some formatting function or the like?

Thanks for any help you can offer.

I don't know about controlling the mantissa portion of the number, but you could divide the output by 100000 or 1000000 and get a lot smaller and easier to read number.

      It's an eSignal idiosyncrasy

You know, that was my first thought, too.
But when I tried it, it didn't seem to work. When reloaded, the indicator would appear to just collapse illegibly to near the 0.0 line, yet keep all of the overly large dimensions of the previous parameters (on both the indicator and the cross-hair cursor).

It wasn't until today that I thought of entirely removing the indicator from the chart, then loading it afresh.

      That works!

Don't know if it's relevant, but I'm still using build version 7.9.1. My system has a gig of ram.

      Thanks.
