    Good Morning,

In a prior post I was informed the tick chart could not be adjusted so 4:00 PM of the prior day is next to 9:30 AM of the following day like 1 minute charts.

There have been several post transfering data between charts. Is it possible to collect tick data from chart A using logic that at 4:00 PM stops collecting and stores the data in a file. This is read by a second chart of the same tick incrementwhich begins adding data to this series at 9:30 AM? Would the data register correctly and stay in sync? would this be a big load on the computer if it is only for 2 days of data.

    Best Regards,

    Alan

If both chart A and B are tick charts, you will not be able to specify the start and end time of the time template as tick charts load in 24-hour chunks. What you have described here is not possible at this time.

      Jason,

      Thank you for the clarification.

I have suggested this modification to the developers to create a time templet like the minute charts. Is there a "features added" notification when a new release is made? Where would I look?

      Best Regards,

      Alan

        Hello Alan,

With each new release there is a text file called Readme.txt in the \eSignal\ folder that contains the release notes. During the installation process you will be asked if you want to read the release notes. If you select yes, you will see the contents of this text file at that time.
