Repost of Early Request

I am hoping that with time, someone has found out how to do this. I am looking for a way to show a line for the high and low of the first hour of trading. I would then like to add a buy/sell order based on a % of the first hour, say 10% above or below the first hour range.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
