Moving Average Question.

Is it possible to put a 13 minute Moving Average over a 1 Minute Chart?

Sure.

Start with a 1 minute chart, then right-click, choose Basic Studies, then Moving Average. First time you apply it, you'll see a properties box where you can change the "length" to 13 and adjust the other settings as you see fit.
